The 2018 Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon El Rom Vineyard displays characters of ripe red and black fruit, notes of earth, tobacco, herb and hints of pine, all on a rich background of French oak. A classic El Rom Cabernet, this single-vineyard wine is full-bodied and very flavorful.
 
Though pleasurable when young, the 2018 Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon El Rom Vineyard will develop in the bottle for a few years, and should remain in great drinking condition for ten years or more from vintage. A great pick for festive occasions, the wine pairs superbly with cast-iron skillet porterhouse steaks,
grilled lamb chops, or creamy polenta with roasted mushrooms.
