Dry Red Wine
 
Petit Verdot 2014 from the Judean Hills extremely concentrated and intense fruity flavors, providing the wine with its excellent aging potential.  Upon first pressing of the grapes, it fermented for two weeks with their skins at a carefuly controlled temperature in order to preserve the wide range of flavors nature offers.  Oak barrels are used for aging the wine for 12 months and is unfiltered.
It's a full body wine and rich with flavors and powerful colors.  It shows prominent flavors of plum, blackberries, dark chocolate and vanilla.  This wine is good for drinking now and possesses a long aging potential.
