The vineyard situated at Samaria region. The soil is a combination of red and black alluvial soil and limestone.
The wine is produced from the high quality juice from the first pressing of the grapes. During this process the grapes fermented for two weeds with their skins at a carefully controlled temperature in order to preserve the wide range of flavors nature offers.
This is a rich and colorful dark shiny and juicy wine. Its shows prominent flavors of ripe plums, blackberries, cassis and a hint of Mediterranean spices. This wine is good for drinking now and possesses a long aging potential.
